Unity and Equality Art Exhibition

January 11@12:00 pm-February 27@5:00 pm

Free

See local artists express their visual voice in this special event.  The Art Center Cooperative, Inc (TAC) will host this art exhibition.

Jacques-Louis David painted during the French Revolution and is the most political painter in history.  In today’s society we are looking at a fight for unity and for equality. These are concepts that reach out to include social status, opportunity, treatment and achievement – regardless of race or gender. This exhibition should lead to some very powerful images.  There will be a reception on Jan 16th, 2021 from 4-6pm that will follow CDC guidelines.  There will be an awards ceremony and a drawing for the TAC fine art raffle.

See wonderful artwork like this powerful piece by local artist Marsha Hatcher.
