The generous space of the neo-classicistic Karpeles Museum provides the perfect setting for Susanne Schuenke’s Bold and Beautiful Paintings – some as tall as 9′, and other smaller oil and watercolor works, all brilliantly portraying intriguing narrative details and thought-provoking stories on canvas.
Schuenke’s colorful, complex and wide-reaching works meld beautifully with the Karpeles’ legendary Manuscript Library Museum where rare original documents, among them some of the few letters in existence of Evita Peron (former first lady of Argentina), are presented.
