Dawn Choate
When I was young, my Dad caught a weird fish that I had never seen before. He told
me it was a shark, explaining that they cleaned up the oceans and to not be afraid. I was mesmerized by their grace and power and, from that moment on, they became my obsession. As top predators, sharks play an important role in the ocean’s ecosystem by maintaining balance of the species and serve as an indicator of ocean health.
