Design Works has been proud to partner with DSA Tiles for many years. Inspired by the love of ceramics, unique room concepts can be created with unusual mosaics and tiles from the Deutsche Steinzeug group. One of the top vendors in Europe, with a Brand of the Century award in Germany, their products are showcased around the world in stylish hotels, restaurants, bars, stores, education, and ecclesiastical settings. Offering a variety of styles with sensitivity to low VOC material content and hygenic options, their mission is to provide ecologically responsible materials.
DSA offers many special features. First, they are using HT-coated tiles (Hydrophilic Tiles), which can make a significant contribution toward healthy living environments as they help to impede the growth of mold, bacteria and other microorganisms, facilitate cleaning of surfaces in public spaces, and break down pollutants in the air and odors in indoor areas. All of this simply through the natural effects of light: the light-activated catalyst titanium dioxide is a harmless and naturally occurring substance. In addition, DSA offers an exterior façade system through their Buchtal line, and their Keope line offers many options in commercial grade porcelains. Finally, with the Jasba line, you can create architectural, functional spaces with mosaics and porcelain field tiles.
