I have been physically active my entire life. Loving to play sports and being able to compete at the highest levels always gave me both inner and physical strength. It’s tougher when you get older but I am thankful for a lifelong foundation of an active lifestyle. Thanks to my friends at Focus Fitness, Shanan and Beau, who provide me much needed encouragement today, my search for my perfect physical self continues.
