When I started dentistry 24 years ago, I began competing in triathlons as part of my healthy lifestyle regimen. The discipline, focus and intensity of my training and competing helped me achieve rewarding results in my dentistry and allowed me to share my passion for optimum health with others.
I believe the pathway to health begins with a smile and I am continually inspired when I see a face light up with one that is confident, heartfelt, beautiful. Showing how good you feel with your smile can be very powerful and transformative – just like crossing the finish line at a triathlon with a radiant smile of accomplishment!
