A weekend-long celebration of plants and their important role within the ecosystem, the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens’ Garden and Wine Festival will have live music from The Firewater Tent Revival and Mere Woodard, garden demonstrations from the zoo’s plant experts, kids’ activities and of course a wine garden featuring wine tastings and wines by the glass. Plus, there will be flowers, plants and trees from the zoo’s gardens available for purchase with the proceeds benefiting plant conservation.
