Taylor Hardwick. Haydon Burns Library, on the corner of Ocean and Adams streets, is Taylor Hardwick’s masterpiece. It is an icon of its time and a fully integrated work of art, inside and out. Constructed in 1965, it has recently been lovingly restored by the Jessie Ball duPont Fund.
