Jacksonville’s Downtown Vision kicks off another exuberant Oktoberfest season in fifteen-plus blocks of Downtown with over sixty participating businesses at the biggest Art Walk of the year. Oktoberfest will feature a polka band, contests, local artists, live music, a carnival zone, a kids’ zone, and of course, German beer with the traditional tapping of the keg in Hemming Park.
