LeMoyne’s Chain of Parks Art Festival, in its 17th year, is the Big Bend Region’s premiere outdoor fine art festival. Located in downtown Tallahassee along Park Avenue, just east of Monroe Street, the festival is free. Visitors will discover amazing one-of-a-kind works from over a hundred and fifty fine artists from all over the U.S. Art, culture and local heritage abound, with reenactments of Jacques LeMoyne, the first European artist to arrive in Florida and sketch images of the natives and local flora and fauna. Pop-up studios for children and adults to experience making art; BeTheArt photo ops; the community’s best entertainers on the stage; and local culinary delights add to the fun festival experience. A wide variety of local foods are offered by food trucks and restaurants, as well as a bar serving craft beer, wine, Mimosas, Bloody Marys and more.

Begun in 2001, the festival has grown each year and is nationally ranked in the Top 100 fine art and design shows in the nation by Sunshine Artist Magazine. Sat. 10 a.m. – 7 p.m., Sun. 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
