Ponte Vedra Beach artist Sharon Goldman’s new Water Series, comprised of more than thirty-five pieces, has been selected for exhibition in two local galleries simultaneously. A native Floridian, Goldman has always been surrounded by water. She strives to create work that captures the spirit of Florida. Her colorful palette, unique cropping, and background as a designer and art director help her envision her novel compositions. Reflections, movement, distortion, light and shadow dominate her new work. Goldman paints from her own photographs and describes her style as painterly realism.
